Hi, I’m Ms. Nem, the founder and educator behind The Reading Well Academy. I’m a certified elementary educator and former third-grade public school teacher, committed to helping students develop essential skills and make steady progress in their learning.

The Reading Well Academy provides personalized academic support in a welcoming, supportive environment. I offer structured reading instruction grounded in the Science of Reading, one-on-one and small-group tutoring in reading and math, and practical English instruction for adult learners.

I keep class sizes small so I can identify each student’s needs, build on what they already know, and tailor instruction to help them move forward.
